Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, technology operations, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 5 years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrate experience managing endpoint lifecycles at scale, including provisioning, deployment, application management, patching, and retirement.
- Have hands-on experience managing modern SaaS environments, including identity and access management, mobile or endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise productivity tools.
- Make build-versus-buy and consolidate-versus-expand decisions based on business requirements, usability, security, and value.
- Have experience leading AI adoption and integration in business workflows, including AI-powered support solutions, process automation, vendor evaluation, and organization-wide adoption.
- Have experience managing software and hardware budgets and vendor relationships, and communicating costs, utilization, and ROI to finance and senior leadership.
- Have a track record of building IT documentation, operational processes, support systems, and scalable workflows.
- Be able to explain technical concepts and decisions to engineering teams, finance stakeholders, leadership, and non-technical employees.
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and scale IT infrastructure, systems, processes, and the team supporting the technology needs of a global workforce.
- Manage employee technology from new-hire equipment and onboarding through endpoint provisioning, application deployment, patching, asset management, and device retirement.
- Hire, mentor, and develop IT team members and establish operating practices to support evolving business requirements.
- Administer identity and access management systems for corporate applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Lead secure AI adoption by identifying use cases, integrating AI into internal systems and workflows, evaluating vendors, and optimizing tools for effectiveness and ROI.
- Own the internal SaaS and technology stack, evaluating, selecting, consolidating, expanding, and optimizing tools.
- Partner with finance on budgets, vendors, purchasing, utilization, and cost optimization, and communicate technology investments and ROI.
- Establish IT documentation, processes, support workflows, and internal training programs.
