Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of Account Management or Client Services experience at an experiential, creative, integrated, or innovation agency.
- Have experience leading integrated brand programs from strategy through execution for enterprise-level clients.
- Demonstrate a track record of building client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Understand complex client organizations and navigate multiple stakeholders.
- Have experience managing large-scale budgets, multidisciplinary teams, and complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Bring commercial instincts and experience supporting proposals, statements of work, and strategic account planning.
- Be able to lead executive-level conversations and deliver presentations.
- Be based in the Portland or Los Angeles metro area and able to travel to client meetings and activations as needed.
- Experience working with Nike or within the broader Nike ecosystem is strongly preferred for the Portland location.
- Experience with leading technology, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands is valued for the Los Angeles location.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
- Lead multiple accounts and champion client business objectives while ensuring creative excellence and project execution.
- Partner with Creative, Production, and Technology teams to develop integrated solutions and strengthen client relationships.
- Shape scopes of work with Production and Creative leads, set expectations, and explain processes to clients.
- Manage project budgets, staffing, forecasting, and resource planning with Production.
- Co-lead project briefings with Creative Directors.
- Develop account plans and identify organic growth opportunities with executive leadership.
- Support new business through outreach and pitch-material development.
- Track program performance and report insights to leadership.
- Identify risks and resolve issues affecting client satisfaction, scope, timing, budgets, or project delivery.
