Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C multi-channel demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Understand demand generation, customer acquisition, account growth, and funnel progression strategies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify funnel or account-level challenges and translate insights into targeted, measurable marketing programs.
  • Have experience planning, executing, and measuring lifecycle campaigns, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Have hands-on experience with Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Braze, or an equivalent marketing automation platform.
  • Have working knowledge of ABM/ABX and intent-data platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Bring analytical and problem-solving experience with data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, testing, conversion analysis, and ROI measurement.
  • Manage multiple complex priorities independently with strong project management and execution skills.
  • Understand creative best practices and have experience collaborating with creative teams.
  • Work effectively across functions and influence outcomes without direct people-management responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of always-on, campaign-connected, and emerging demand generation programs.
  • Diagnose where audiences and accounts are stalled in the buying journey and develop programs to improve progression and conversion.
  • Plan, build, launch, measure, and optimize demand generation, lifecycle, account-based, nurture, and signal-based programs.
  • Lead onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back lifecycle initiatives.
  • Build and deploy programs using marketing automation platforms, including setup, testing, QA, tracking, and execution.
  • Monitor funnel velocity, conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop testing plans and conduct A/B tests with analytics teams.
  • Create program and creative briefs and coordinate execution with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, tracking requirements, reviews, deployment, and results reporting.
