- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Bring a proven track record of recruiting across sales and customer success.
- Have depth and breadth of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Have experience partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across R&D and/or Sales functions.
- Use recruitment data and metrics to inform hiring decisions.
- Demonstrate communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Greenhouse ATS experience is preferred.
- Experience recruiting sales talent at a SaaS company is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and changing business needs.
- Attract, recruit, and engage talent for Toast’s R&D and/or G&A functions.
- Review substantial inbound application volume in the ATS and identify top-tier candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and drive decisions.
- Build hiring-manager relationships through recruiting syncs, communication, and subject matter expertise.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to market conditions and provide creative solutions to business needs.
- Develop diverse pipelines and support inclusive recruitment practices.
- Use recruitment data and metrics to drive efficient and equitable searches.
- Provide a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Share updates and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
