Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Bring experience in a commercial or GTM-focused recruitment environment; this is preferred.
- Have a track record of sourcing and placing candidates across North America.
- Bring experience recruiting in payments, fintech, or SaaS; this is highly preferred.
- Be proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Have experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse or Workable.
- Have experience with AI-driven sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Be able to adjust priorities across multiple regions and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including SDRs, Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, and Commercial Enablement positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and networking initiatives.
- Partner with GTM leaders and HR partners to align talent acquisition efforts with business priorities.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate information in Greenhouse or Workable, following internal processes.
- Champion the candidate experience through proactive communication and consistent feedback loops.
- Drive process improvements and use data-driven insights to improve GTM recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to share best practices and support wider recruitment projects.
