Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience).
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting specialist experience.
- Experience in a high-volume or agency recruiting environment.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Strong ability to handle sensitive employee and client matters with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a focus on prioritizing competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with human resource practices.
- Strong customer-focused, consultative attitude.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting efforts from job posting and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Deliver a consistently high-touch, white-glove candidate experience through prompt follow-up and attentive support.
- Assess candidates, lead hiring team debriefs, and guide teams to final decisions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on complex searches, executive-level roles, and process alignment.
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS and AI-driven tools to manage candidate records and streamline hiring workflows.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various external channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Concentric at recruiting events and career fairs.
