- Experience building strategic partnerships with community, educational, and professional organizations.
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance early careers development programs, including apprenticeship and school-to-work initiatives, to build strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
- Lead inclusive recruiting strategies that expand access to diverse talent pools and strengthen equitable hiring outcomes across the region.
- Coordinate participant placement, rotations, and career progression activities to ensure a seamless and engaging program experience.
- Foster meaningful candidate and participant experiences through onboarding, mentoring, cohort engagement, and community-building initiatives.
- Advise recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders on structured selection methodologies that improve hiring effectiveness and consistency.
- Analyze program and recruiting data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and support data-driven talent decisions.
- Drive operational excellence by developing standard work, documentation, and scalable processes that improve program effectiveness and compliance.
- Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, veteran groups, disability networks, and professional associations to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
