Have 4+ years of relevant design experience in graphic design and video editing in a corporate or closely related content-creation industry, or a master’s degree and 2+ years of meaningful design experience.
Be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
Be familiar and confident working in Google Workspace; Google Slides management and design skills are a plus.
Be fluent in English.
Bring knowledge of current and emerging design and communication trends.
Apply illustration, typography, colour theory, and video-editing skills across graphic and video production.
Translate corporate insights into narratives and graphic storytelling.
Demonstrate project management, organization, and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
Show visual presentation, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Create original graphics and videos for Internal Communications.
Develop assets that elevate the Keywords Studios staff experience through graphic design and video editing.
Connect trends, design, and communications across multimedia products.
Create graphics and videos that reflect the One Keywords ethos and incorporate company values through storytelling.
Partner with more than 70 studios and the Communications and Engagement team.
Lead multiple projects and timelines at once.
