Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience owning a product or product area from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or the consumer health industry.
- Experience shipping and scaling at least one consumer mobile health, wellness, or fitness app with a large active user base.
- Strong product instincts for onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Experience building AI or machine learning features into a product.
- Fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools and judgment about when human research and review are necessary.
- Strong skills in writing requirements, prioritizing a backlog, and working day to day with engineering and design teams.
- A data-driven approach, including defining success metrics and using analytics to guide decisions.
- Sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
- Preferred: familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Preferred: experience with employer benefits, health plans, or B2B2C healthcare models.
- Preferred: familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Rezilient member experience.
- Translate input from leadership, clinical teams, customers, and data into a prioritized roadmap with defined outcomes.
- Communicate roadmap decisions and tradeoffs to executives and front-line care teams.
- Ensure products meet HIPAA, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance and Engineering.
- Lead product discovery with members and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering and Design.
- Partner with Design on user flows, prototypes, and usability testing.
- Partner with Engineering to plan sprints, manage the backlog, and keep delivery on track.
- Coordinate release readiness and launch planning with Product Operations, QA, Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Implementation.
- Define and track product KPIs, use analytics and feedback to measure impact, and share product updates with partners.
