Requirements
- Have 8–12 years of brand management, brand marketing, or innovation marketing experience at a high-growth brand.
- Have DTC experience.
- Bring a track record taking a product from concept to market alongside R&D, regulatory, and supply chain.
- Build integrated brand strategies and launch campaigns across digital, social, CRM, retail media, and direct response.
- Have commercial and go-to-market experience across DTC, e-commerce, and omnichannel, including pricing.
- Align partners across entrepreneurial brands and large matrixed organizations without formal authority.
- Be fluent in segmentation and quantitative and qualitative consumer insight.
- Demonstrate judgment on claims, positioning, and premium experience.
- Be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and self-directed.
- Hair care, beauty, or science-led consumer health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the brand strategy, positioning, and narrative for new product innovations within the Nutrafol masterbrand.
- Lead primary and secondary research, competitive and category analysis, and consumer insight development.
- Own naming for the product range and individual SKUs in partnership with Creative.
- Bring consumer insight and brand perspective into product pipeline, proposition, format, and range decisions.
- Provide ranked consumer-priority claims input ahead of study protocol design and shape how approved claims appear in market.
- Build launch plans across DTC, Amazon, and Pro with Growth, Marketplaces, CX, and Pro Marketing.
- Own new product innovation pricing above the annual margin floor set with Finance.
- Lead annual and quarterly brand planning, campaign and content ideation, and brand direction for partnerships and external voices.
- Manage the new product innovation brand marketing budget and provide leadership updates.
- Track post-launch performance, surface risks and dependencies, and use findings to inform future product decisions.
