Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience in supply chain, logistics, professional services, consulting, enterprise technology, or a closely related field.
- Have a strong understanding of fulfillment, warehousing, WMS, OMS, WES, 3PL operations, or supply-chain technology.
- Demonstrate success selling professional services, consulting engagements, implementation services, or technology transformation solutions.
- Have experience managing a full sales cycle and personally closing complex B2B business.
- Show strong prospecting and pipeline-development capabilities.
- Bring discovery and consultative-selling skills to uncover customer needs and connect them to commercially viable solutions.
- Be able to translate operational and technology challenges into business outcomes and customer solutions.
- Have experience collaborating with technical, consulting, subject-matter, and delivery teams during the sales process.
- Demonstrate presentation, proposal development, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Be disciplined in forecasting, CRM management, account planning, and sales execution.
- Be willing and able to travel approximately 30–40% as required.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of mid-market prospects and customers to support new business acquisition and account growth.
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, referrals, strategic partners, and internal opportunities.
- Own the sales cycle from qualification and discovery through solution development, proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Sell supply-chain consulting, technology delivery and transformation, and implementation services tailored to customer challenges.
- Develop relationships with senior leaders across supply-chain, operations, fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, and technology functions.
- Partner with practice leaders and subject-matter experts to scope solutions, develop proposals, and align opportunities with delivery capabilities.
- Identify cross-selling and expansion opportunities across service areas.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, account planning, and CRM practices.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, conferences, partner activities, and industry events.
- Achieve annual bookings and revenue targets while contributing to market development and sales strategy.
