Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in sales leadership.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate success leading multi-regional or national sales teams.
- Show a strong track record of driving growth and building high-performance cultures.
- Have experience with CRM tools; Salesforce is preferred.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong customer service and time management skills.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Be available for occasional travel to HQ in Old City, Philadelphia, approximately 1-2 times per quarter.
- Healthcare, veterinary services, staffing, or complex service business sales leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience scaling distributed teams and building repeatable sales processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy, translating company objectives into regional, team, and individual plans.
- Align SSM and TDR responsibilities, territory coverage, handoffs, and priorities to maximize new business generation.
- Own pipeline health, opportunity progression, forecast accuracy, conversion, and sales productivity; identify gaps and drive corrective action.
- Increase utilization and share of wallet within existing hospital accounts through account planning and identification of staffing needs.
- Establish sales processes, CRM standards, performance scorecards, and operating cadences across the team.
- Coach, mentor, and develop leaders and individual contributors through 1:1s, field support, and development plans.
- Use market, customer, and performance data to prioritize opportunities, improve territory strategy, and allocate resources.
- Partner cross-functionally to align sales activity with veterinarian supply, recruiting capacity, marketing programs, and clinical and operational execution.
- Identify and replicate high-performing behaviors and improve team effectiveness.
