Requirements

  • Have 3 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations, or a related agency role.
  • Have hands-on familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a creator partnership or brand marketing perspective.
  • Be able to write briefs, POVs, and reports and present to clients.
  • Have experience managing multiple accounts or projects with minimal oversight, including team mentorship or delegation.
  • Be able to connect campaign performance to client business objectives and manage budget trackers and financial reconciliation.
  • Understand full-funnel performance metrics, including conversion, ROAS, and revenue impact.
  • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams, flag blockers, and follow through.
  • Have analytical experience pulling data and identifying patterns; expertise with Excel or Google Sheets is expected.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Track creator-space trends and platform changes and be adaptable as the space evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact and lead client discussions, check-ins, updates, QBRs, and internal syncs.
  • Take strategic ideas from concept through execution and own campaign follow-through.
  • Develop campaign plans, strategic rationales, and POVs tied to client objectives and KPIs.
  • Track creator and platform trends and translate them into campaign ideas and recommendations.
  • Own recurring performance reporting and explain results, next steps, and performance against client KPIs.
  • Organize and improve project workflows, schedules, briefs, and management sheets.
  • Manage creator trackers, budget control reports, financial accuracy, creator compensation discussions, and campaign budgets.
  • Identify client relationship opportunities and retention risks, and work to strengthen account health.
  • Align Account Coordinators and Senior Account Coordinators on account strategy and execution.
  • Partner with the paid amplification team and manage multiple clients, deadlines, and stakeholder updates.
