Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, project management, or technical account management.
- Bring working knowledge of lending products, including consumer, auto, credit card, and personal loans.
- Bring working knowledge of deposit products, including checking, savings, CDs, and money market accounts.
- Be comfortable with REST/JSON APIs, file-based integrations, data mappings, and configuration specs.
- Have experience coordinating integrations across core banking, loan origination systems (LOS), digital banking, or CRM platforms.
- Use Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, project management, and documentation.
- Use Smartsheet for project plans, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Communicate clearly with executive, technical, and operational audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Lending and Deposit implementations from post-sale kickoff through go-live, managing two to three concurrent Partner projects.
- Drive decisions, escalations, and accountability across internal and Partner teams.
- Maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reporting for internal leadership and Partner stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Partner executives, product owners, compliance leads, and technical resources.
- Lead discovery, requirements workshops, configuration reviews, and go-live readiness checkpoints.
- Coordinate integrations with Strategic Partners and third-party providers, including dependencies, credentials, and testing windows.
- Own handoffs from Sales into delivery and from delivery into post-launch support.
- Share Partner feedback with Product and Engineering and contribute to playbooks, templates, and process improvements.
