Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions delivery, or project management, with direct ownership of client engagements.
- Have experience working in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving processes and priorities.
- Bring hands-on experience with SFTP file transfers, implementation configuration, and initial data or file validation.
- Be able to independently manage multiple implementations, lead client calls, anticipate issues, and drive follow-through.
- Use clear, professional communication and sound judgment to manage client expectations, coordinate stakeholders, and escalate risks.
- Have experience implementing technology or operational solutions for healthcare clients.
- Health system implementations involving IT, revenue cycle, and finance stakeholders are an added advantage.
- Experience with provider organizations, revenue cycle partners, EHR integrations such as Epic, or 835/837 claims data formats is an added advantage.
- Experience improving implementation documentation, templates, or workflows, including automation initiatives, is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, Metabase, BigQuery, SQL, or AI productivity tools is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage client implementations from Sales handoff through go-live, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Configure SFTP access and client settings, confirm claims file receipt, and perform initial file validation.
- Partner with Engineering on pipeline enablement, ingestion failures, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Manage physician group implementations and complex health system rollouts involving multiple stakeholders.
- Lead client kickoffs, working sessions, and status updates, and manage client expectations and risks.
- Coordinate training and readiness checks, and document configurations, data requirements, open items, and key contacts for handoff to Client Success.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies.
- Identify recurring issues, recommend process improvements, update documentation, and implement agreed changes.
