Job Details

Demonstrated success filling leadership-level roles, such as director or department-head positions, through in-house recruiting or agency search.
Experience building target-company lists from scratch and researching company culture and structure to inform outreach.
Experience identifying and winning candidates through recruiter-initiated outreach.
Ability to explain Medicare Advantage and a SaaS subsidiary to senior candidates.
Use AI tools for sourcing, research, and pipeline management, and understand where those tools fall short.
Have built a prompt library, workflow, or research template that was adopted by a team.
Experience running confidential searches and partnering directly with C-suite leaders.
Comfort working in a high-complexity environment with shifting priorities and limited runbooks.
Ability to influence hiring managers and support recommendations with data.

Own full-cycle recruiting for People Operations and Corporate roles, from intake through offer.
Build target-company lists and market maps for priority searches.
Research target companies’ culture, structure, and organizational dynamics, and document findings.
Identify and engage strong candidates, including people who are not actively looking for a job.
Represent Clover and explain its mission and business lines to candidates.
Run leadership searches with retained-search rigor and exercise judgment on strategy and confidentiality.
Use AI tools for sourcing, research, outreach, and pipeline management, and assess their limitations.
Partner with the Chief People Officer and Head of Recruiting on calibration and slate quality.
Keep hiring managers and the recruiting team informed about market conditions, candidate sentiment, and pipeline health.
