Requirements
- Have 5+ years of application development experience.
- Have strong Python programming skills.
- Have 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Have 4+ years of experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, and writing complex SQL queries.
- Have experience with enterprise-scale data migration and transformation in cloud environments.
- Have experience with Databricks and Snowflake for analyzing large datasets.
- Be familiar with distributed data processing and batch or stream processing tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or AWS Kinesis.
- Have experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or similar.
- Be familiar with enterprise ETL pipelines, data quality controls, and compliance governance.
- Be familiar with cloud data warehousing, performance optimization, and modeling within Snowflake and OneLake.
- Have a bachelor’s degree, or, in lieu of a degree, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible technology work experience for each missing year of college.
Responsibilities
- Build production software and data systems beyond traditional ETL pipelines.
- Develop data systems using cloud-native technologies and modern architecture.
- Perform enterprise-scale data movement and transformation in cloud environments.
- Analyze large datasets using cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Architect real-time, event-driven data streams using Kafka or OneStream.
