Requirements

Have 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
Bring strong experience with technical and programmatic SEO.
Have experience growing organic traffic and improving conversions.
Have hands-on experience with AI Search, AEO, or GEO.
Understand site structure, indexing, structured data, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals.
Have experience using Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4/Amplitude, and WordPress.
Have strong English communication skills.
Be comfortable working independently and making decisions without constant direction.
Be curious and willing to test, learn, and experiment.
Have experience in B2B SaaS, data/API, or technology.

Responsibilities

Own the company's SEO strategy from start to finish.
Improve technical SEO, content, site structure, indexing, and overall search visibility.
Grow organic traffic and increase qualified signups and conversions.
Improve the company's visibility across AI search platforms.
Test and develop AEO/GEO strategies for AI search.
Manage and expand programmatic SEO pages across different topics and markets.
Use the company's creator data to create useful content, studies, and SEO opportunities.
Launch free tools and other resources that can attract traffic and backlinks.
Track SEO performance, rankings, AI visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Work closely with engineering and growth teams to implement SEO improvements.
