Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Have experience scheduling and hosting virtual meetings.
  • Apply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to develop next steps and support positive customer outcomes.
  • Pay close attention to detail and identify and correct errors in documents and data.
  • Demonstrate time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Use written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and customers.
  • Be able to learn and adapt quickly to proprietary software and new technology tools.
  • Maintain a remote work environment compliant with cybersecurity and other company workplace policies.
  • An associate’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in data, operations, or document management is a plus.
  • Prior experience with web-based or SaaS platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data formatting, document standards, or import workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and import customer reports, documents, and data files using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and ECP’s proprietary web-based platform.
  • Modify and organize files to meet import requirements and software specifications.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on customer documents before and after import.
  • Troubleshoot file-formatting, data-integrity, and document-quality issues.
  • Ensure file imports meet internal standards and customer expectations.
  • Complete time-sensitive tasks by designated deadlines while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external customers to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to team and departmental efforts supporting cross-functional collaboration.
