Have a strong understanding of the U.S. financial services industry, particularly B2B and small business financing.
Know credit ratings, their implications, and their role in financing decisions.
Be familiar with fundamental U.S. financing standards and practices.
Have one to two-plus years of small business funding experience; this is preferred but not required.
Have experience with Salesforce; this is strongly preferred.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills for complex financing scenarios.
Bring multitasking, organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities for a fast-paced environment.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Review and verify application information for completeness and accuracy.
Analyze waterfall documents and lender criteria to determine the appropriate lender and deal allocation.
Submit financing applications to lenders through Salesforce and monitor their progress.
Manage bank statements and financial documentation using automated tools and established file-control processes.
Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to support application processing.
Analyze complex deal structures, identify potential roadblocks, and develop practical solutions.
Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and denials in Salesforce.
Stay informed about relevant industry trends, regulations, and financing practices.
Follow compliance requirements and internal policies.
