Requirements
- Bring strong software engineering experience and a track record of owning technical decisions for product features end to end.
- Have hands-on experience working on AI products within the last 12 months, including LLMs, agents, or AI features, with ownership of meaningful system components.
- Have experience with chatbots or conversational AI, RAG, and LLM evaluation pipelines.
- Have strong skills in at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python.
- Be able to define processes in a new area, not only execute existing ones.
- Bring a product mindset focused on what is delivered to users.
- Be comfortable owning multiple parts of delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Have professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction of Alti features, from conversational AI to agents and automated routines.
- Define standards for LLM evaluation, prompt management, monitoring, and observability.
- Lead the design of RAG pipelines and agent architectures, making trade-off decisions.
- Drive the move from LLM-only features to proprietary ML models, taking them to production with monitoring and continuous feedback.
- Identify new ML use cases across the AP platform and shape them with Product.
- Review designs, pair with engineers, and share AI practices across the product organization.
- Continue hands-on development and write code every week.
