Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, business planning, or a similar function preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience highly preferred; GI or pulmonary flexible endoscopy market familiarity and advanced therapeutic procedure experience are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, EXFM, and other analytics tools preferred.
  • Experience with pricing analytics and pricing strategy.
  • Experience training employees on CRM systems and related processes.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, statistical, and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for trade shows, training, and cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales reports and track key performance indicators using data from Salesforce, SAP, EXFM, and other systems.
  • Analyze regional and national market share across GI, pulmonary, and surgical call points.
  • Build dashboards and automated reports and translate data into insights for senior leadership.
  • Analyze Salesforce data and support U.S. market forecasting with international stakeholders.
  • Provide sales leaders with recommendations based on performance, forecasts, and business drivers.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, monitor opportunities and quotes, and support enterprise system integration.
  • Develop price lists and conduct pricing analysis for GPO and IDN accounts.
  • Support sales quotas, incentive plans, data mining, forecasting, and sales operations initiatives.
  • Improve workflows and automate recurring analytical processes; develop standard operating procedures for analytics deliverables.
  • Manage demo inventory and prepare reports and presentations for leadership and other business needs.
