Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Have 6-8+ years of experience in business applications, business systems analysis, technical business analysis, or systems analysis.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
- Bring experience across the full SDLC, from requirements to production support.
- Translate and map business requirements into user stories and functional solutions within Salesforce.
- Have experience supporting or working with system integrations, including platforms such as NetSuite and MuleSoft.
- Understand ERP/CRM technical architectures, API and integration concepts, cross-system dependencies, and data flows.
- Have experience designing and executing UAT and supporting quality assurance.
- Use SQL to write queries and reports.
- Be proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Have advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with Asana is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements, considering technical feasibility, architecture, existing modules, and dependencies.
- Conduct fit/gap analyses to align business needs with system capabilities.
- Decompose requirements into clear, self-contained user stories ready for development.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, data models, and use cases.
- Partner with developers and stakeholders to design scalable business solutions.
- Lead the design and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance efforts to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with the QA team on system testing, defect troubleshooting, and reliable deliverables.
