Job Details

Have 5+ years of relevant analytics experience.
Translate business requirements into technical execution for cross-functional stakeholders.
Bring strong to advanced SQL skills.
Have experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and BI reporting tools such as Looker Cloud or On-Prem.
Build semantic layers using LookML and manage version control with GitHub.
Apply data architecture best practices to create scalable, high-performance reporting environments.
Manage the data lifecycle from greenfield modeling through refactoring and optimization of legacy technical debt.
Manage complex client-facing data requests while maintaining data governance standards.
Have experience owning high-integrity data processes such as billing, invoicing, or clinical reporting.
Apply statistical methods and concepts including confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, sentiment analysis, and anomaly detection.
Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with technical counterparts.

Act as the primary data partner to product, clinical, client success, finance, and engineering teams.
Build measurement frameworks and define performance metrics for product, clinical, and commercial initiatives.
Demonstrate the economic value and ROI of CirrusMD’s solution to external stakeholders and clients.
Own the project data lifecycle from ideation and feasibility assessment through internal and client-facing reporting.
Collaborate with engineers to define data structures and build the Looker semantic layer.
Transform complex datasets into actionable insights that inform organizational strategy.
Build and maintain visualization solutions and reporting frameworks for key performance metrics.
