Responsibilities
- Develop an annual new business plan aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan.
- Foster relationships with community businesses and program resources.
- Secure new partnerships and programs to meet annual goals.
- Understand and promote the organization’s services to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain contact with potential business leads and existing clients about current and future service needs.
- Develop and give presentations on a regular basis.
- Assist with marketing and fundraising.
- Use the Customer Relationship Management system to track and monitor the pipeline.
- Represent the organization at relevant conferences through presentations, networking, and panel participation.
- Attend relevant networking events.
