Requirements

  • Demonstrated success building processes and oversight to improve organizational speed to impact.
  • Experience leading and developing a team focused on organizational effectiveness, such as Delivery Managers or Program Managers.
  • Experience in a highly regulated and technical environment, shaping functional strategy and working autonomously.
  • Experience owning enterprise-level portfolio intake, prioritization, and execution tracking end to end in an organization of meaningful scale and complexity.
  • Ability to align senior and executive stakeholders across functions without relying on direct authority.
  • Deep working knowledge of modern delivery methodologies and ability to adapt them to organizational maturity and changing technology.
  • Experience structuring and running enterprise operating cadences, including weekly prioritization meetings, MBRs, and QBRs.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating and administering portfolio and workflow tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
  • Background hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to travel approximately four or more times per year for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional prioritization and delivery across Mission Lane.
  • Manage, coach, and develop four Delivery Managers and balance their workloads.
  • Maintain the prioritization tracker as the source of truth for initiatives, stages, and rationale.
  • Run weekly prioritization meetings, MBRs, and QBRs.
  • Establish company-wide delivery standards, frameworks, and tools that initiative teams adopt.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Data Science, Credit, Marketing, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to resolve blockers and trade-offs.
  • Lead post-initiative retrospectives and turn findings into concrete changes to planning and delivery.
