Requirements
- Have 8+ years of software implementation experience.
- Hold a high school diploma.
- Demonstrate customer service experience and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Have experience leading or overseeing implementation professionals and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Be able to prioritize workloads, manage competing deadlines, and track multiple implementation projects.
- Be able to coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and handle escalations.
- Communicate implementation status, operational risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be willing to travel approximately 25% within the United States.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with judicial systems is preferred.
- Program management experience across multiple concurrent teams is preferred.
- Experience with accounting software, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Jira, or support ticketing systems is preferred or advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation consultants’ daily performance, workload, and project progress.
- Assign clients and implementation work orders based on workload, expertise, and business priorities.
- Provide implementation services to assigned clients and support consultants with complex challenges.
- Manage client expectations, monitor satisfaction, and resolve issues and escalations.
- Review implementation work and billable hours for quality, accuracy, and appropriate utilization.
- Develop implementation training resources and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Lead implementation standups and workload meetings to review priorities, progress, challenges, and capacity.
- Report departmental performance, workload, work order status, and priorities to managers and senior leadership.
- Coach team members, contribute to performance planning, and support recruiting activities.
