Job Details

Experience: 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team

Have 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience.
Have at least 1 year of experience managing and developing a team.
Be familiar with Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding methodologies and RAF score calculations in the Medicare Advantage space.
Have a strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle.
Have experience running scrum processes.
Be comfortable working with SQL and JIRA.
Be comfortable working directly with clients and navigating escalations.
Preferred: have experience developing data-heavy front-end analytics applications.
Preferred: have experience building healthcare revenue/RAF analytics products or revenue cycle management products.
Preferred: have experience working with X12 837/834 EDI standards.
Preferred: have prior startup experience.

Investigate the codebase using AI to resolve technical functionality questions.
Own complex feature development, including client discovery sessions and PRD writing.
Recommend build-versus-buy assessments for manager review.
Provide regular company-wide product updates and handle client escalations.
Guide cross-functional stakeholders through application changes and rollout.
Own the steps needed to launch new features and flag potential cross-product interdependencies.
Plan monthly roadmaps and develop pod-level quarterly roadmaps.
Recommend product-level quarterly roadmap plans for manager review.
Set expectations for direct reports, provide feedback, and support their growth and career development.
