Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of product management experience.
- Have at least 3 years owning AI, NLP, or conversational AI products in production.
- Demonstrate a track record of shipping AI features at scale and iterating based on production data and user feedback.
- Bring working knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR, and API integration patterns.
- Be familiar with HIPAA-related product considerations, including data minimization, audit trails, access controls, and PHI handling.
- Have sufficient technical fluency to evaluate AI capabilities, write functional specifications, and prototype concepts using no-code or AI-assisted tools.
- Demonstrate customer discovery experience in complex B2B environments.
- Produce clear PRDs, executive summaries, and customer-facing feature descriptions.
- Have experience with outsourced development partners, including delivery accountability and quality review.
- Healthcare contact center operations, patient access workflows, or clinical communication platform experience is preferred.
- Conversational AI platforms, voice agent frameworks, telephony product design, LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI product safety experience is preferred.
- Figma, Claude, Replit, or equivalent AI-assisted development tool familiarity is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for PerfectServe’s AI answering service.
- Conduct customer discovery through interviews, site visits, and workflow observation with clinical and administrative end users.
- Translate healthcare workflows, customer input, and business objectives into prioritized product decisions.
- Prototype concepts, run product experiments, and evaluate emerging AI capabilities before committing engineering resources.
- Define acceptance criteria, success metrics, and measurement frameworks for AI features.
- Shape integration requirements using healthcare interoperability standards and API integration patterns.
- Write product specifications and review outsourced development partner deliverables against acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate go-to-market sequencing with Marketing and Customer Success.
- Review production outcomes and user feedback to improve AI performance and product design.
- Establish product practices and mentor junior product team members as the function grows.
