Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast paced environment
- Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information
- Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams
- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, retrieval-based systems, agent architectures, evaluation approaches, and human-in-the-loop workflows)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery
- Experience defining product strategy and shaping new product opportunities in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations
- Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high value use cases and drive adoption
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
- Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model
- Define and track OKRs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency
