Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in Treasury Management, Payments, Product Management, Commercial Banking, Cash Management, or related financial services.
- Minimum of three (3) years leading strategic product initiatives within a complex banking environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing product portfolios, strategic roadmaps, and enterprise-level initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products, payment systems, commercial banking, and liquidity management.
- Proven experience working across large, matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and financial management skills.
- Proven ability to execute product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve strategic roadmaps for Treasury Management products, including payments, liquidity management, and fraud mitigation.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and design through to implementation and retirement.
- Drive innovation initiatives in areas such as real-time payments, API integration, and digital treasury solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Sales to ensure competitive, scalable products.
- Establish performance objectives, monitor product profitability, and report on key metrics like revenue growth and client adoption.
- Lead product governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities in partnership with internal teams.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to Product Managers and analysts within the team.
