Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Demonstrated success leading products from discovery through commercial launch.
- Strong customer discovery and product strategy experience.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing across multiple initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major product area.
- Identify customer problems through interviews, workflow analysis, product analytics, and market research.
- Translate customer needs into product strategies and prioritized roadmaps.
- Define product success metrics and use data to continuously improve customer outcomes.
- Design intelligent product experiences that use structured data, large language models, retrieval systems, and automation.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to define AI capabilities and quality metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of clinical development workflows and map customer journeys.
- Lead product planning, backlog prioritization, and release activities.
- Monitor KPIs including adoption, engagement, and AI quality.
