Requirements
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems.
- Proven track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas.
- Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Ability to define evaluations, guardrails, and success metrics for non-deterministic products.
- Demonstrated ability to serve both developer-grade and non-technical user audiences simultaneously.
- Enjoyment of the full software craft, including prototyping, writing queries, and leading user interviews.
- Strong leadership through influence, working effectively with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Design, and GTM.
- Fluency in emerging AI trends to accelerate personal and team work.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces, including the AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the underlying AI platform.
- Sequence work to ensure surfaces reinforce each other, building shared primitives that serve both 1st-party and 3rd-party agents.
- Define quality bars, evaluation processes, guardrails, and metrics for non-deterministic AI experiences.
- Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs with approachable tools for visual, less-technical creators.
- Represent the agent area to leadership, turn strategy into committed plans, and navigate cross-functional disagreements.
- Contribute directly to the product through prototyping or minor code improvements, staying close to implementation.
- Place multi-year bets by staying close to customers and distinguishing between long-term standards and temporary fads.
- Set reusable patterns and standards to mentor PMs and partners as the agent practice grows.
