Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of HR experience in medium-sized companies (20-100 people), ideally within a remote environment.
- Have a good understanding of general HR policies and labour laws in Greece and/or the UK.
- Have experience working with business stakeholders and understanding how HR initiatives affect the business.
- Have experience with HR software (HRIS) and Google Workspace; the company uses Factorial.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be comfortable working as part of a distributed team with mutual flexibility around working hours.
- Bring strong logistical and organisational skills, attention to detail, and budget management skills.
- Be trustworthy and able to handle sensitive, confidential data.
- Be an organised self-starter and early AI adopter.
- Bonus: Familiarity with EOS, Scaling Up, Metronomics, or Bloom Growth.
- Bonus: Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD.
- Bonus: Experience with talent sourcing, Workable, or an EoR platform such as Deel.
Responsibilities
- Improve culture systems, including hiring and offboarding processes, recognition, goal-setting, development plans, and remote-team engagement.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job description creation, ATS management, candidate screening, and careers page and social profile management.
- Improve digital onboarding and manage offboarding processes.
- Manage employee files, time off, benefits, team tools, and employer-of-record relationships.
- Maintain and update policies and processes to support legal compliance.
- Facilitate remote performance check-ins and feedback loops.
- Define learning curricula, source training, run sessions, track completion, and measure impact.
- Plan, coordinate, and run occasional in-person team events and meetings.
- Provide headcount reporting, attrition tracking, and compensation benchmarking to leadership.
- Share People Operations updates and team news, and measure culture every six months.
