Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a company with 200+ people.
- Have hands-on experience building, documenting, and improving business processes.
- Be able to align and coordinate work across teams and departments.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive change and introduce ideas without direct authority.
- Use data and operational challenges to develop practical solutions.
- Have advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation.
- Have experience building reports and tracking systems.
- Strong experience working with Jira is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, document, and maintain operational processes.
- Drive continuous process improvement using data, automation, and AI-driven tools.
- Implement, monitor, and improve business process efficiency metrics.
- Support and improve projects, dashboards, and workflows in Jira.
- Coordinate operational efficiency projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Build cross-functional alignment between business units and operational teams.
- Ensure consistent service delivery across operational teams, focusing on SLA compliance, clear ownership, and expected outcomes.
- Manage selected operational budgets and optimize expenses.
