Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a related field.
  • Bring proven experience developing product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Understand market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Have experience creating sales-enablement and product marketing materials.
  • Demonstrate project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Use market and performance data to inform decisions.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, technology, appliances, outdoor living, distribution, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience with dealer, wholesale, or channel-partner networks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product marketing strategies aligned with company and revenue objectives.
  • Own product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new products, launches, and portfolio updates.
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities.
  • Create product marketing materials, presentations, sales tools, product guides, and promotional content.
  • Partner with sales, product, procurement, operations, and leadership teams to support product growth.
  • Develop sales-enablement resources for dealer partners and sales teams.
  • Translate technical product information into customer-facing messaging.
  • Coordinate product launches and marketing activities across relevant channels.
  • Track product marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
