Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Marketing experience within technology-driven sectors such as IT services, SaaS, cloud, customer experience, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience developing product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for complex B2B technology offerings.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into differentiated commercial narratives, sales materials, and market-facing propositions.
  • Experience in market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Success partnering with Sales, Delivery, Product, Alliances, and Executive teams to enable revenue growth and market execution.
  • Analytical capabilities, including use of commercial, pipeline, and performance data to measure marketing impact and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including developing executive-level content and presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Strategic thinking and a hands-on, execution-oriented approach suited to a lean, high-accountability environment.
  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Architect clear solution structures across portfolios, bundles, and use cases.
  • Develop standardized naming, packaging, and pricing logic for the portfolio.
  • Own go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings.
  • Define target market segments, customer personas, and priority use cases.
  • Create value propositions and messaging that translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, battlecards, and case studies, and train sales teams.
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify differentiation opportunities and inform offering decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, Alliances, and Executive stakeholders to align offerings with market priorities.
  • Use commercial, pipeline, and performance data to evaluate marketing impact and improve go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and deliver commercial outcomes.
