Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in an Operations Managerial role.
  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrix environment without direct control.
  • Ability to manage through leaders and work effectively up and across the organization.
  • Experience managing multiple projects to deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and process management skills and broad understanding of business strategy and operations.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate with peers, clients, and IT leadership.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational success against established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the Operations team, including leadership development, succession planning, and critical talent development.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities with business groups and other functional areas.
  • Develop Operations strategy and roadmaps aligned with future vision and delivery standards, integrating AI and automation into day-to-day operations.
  • Manage targeted P&L profitability for strategic accounts.
  • Contribute infrastructure technology and systems knowledge to strategy planning.
  • Develop and manage reporting metrics and SLAs to measure team and vendor performance against client objectives.
  • Optimize vendor relationships through contract management, financial and quantitative analysis, and relationship management.
  • Work across teams and business groups to manage customer satisfaction and investigate and remediate service-level breakdowns.
