Salary$156,000 to $235,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an Operations Managerial role.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and leading and influencing without direct control.
  • Ability to manage through leaders and work up and across the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and present to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and process management skills.
  • Broad understanding of business strategy and operations.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational success against established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead, develop, and direct Operations teams, including leadership development, succession planning, and critical-talent development.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities with business groups and other functional areas.
  • Develop Operations strategy and roadmaps aligned with delivery standards, integrating AI and automation into day-to-day operations.
  • Manage targeted P&L profitability for strategic accounts.
  • Contribute infrastructure technology and systems knowledge to strategy planning.
  • Develop and manage reporting on metrics and SLAs to measure team and vendor performance against client objectives.
  • Optimize vendor relationships through contract management, financial and quantitative analyses, and relationship management.
  • Work across teams and business groups to manage customer satisfaction and investigate and remediate service-level breakdowns.
  • Manage projects with enterprise-wide impact and build partnerships across departments.
