Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience managing project financials, including budgets, billing, staffing and resources, forecasting, profit margin, and utilization.
  • Bring a strong command of project implementation methodologies and deliverables for enterprise systems deployments.
  • Have experience developing reusable processes, templates, and toolkits for deployment or support activities.
  • Communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and maintain those relationships.
  • Direct cooperative project-team efforts with accountability for costs, delivery methods, staffing, and results.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues and root causes.
  • Assess and communicate project risks to client and company management teams.
  • Influence others and gain acceptance in sensitive situations while maintaining relationships.
  • Demonstrate customer advocacy and strong client relationship skills.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to travel as needed.
  • Experience in project management for SPM, CRM, or BI implementations is advantageous.
  • Experience with Sales Operations, Compensation Administration, or platforms such as IBM ICM, Callidus, Xactly, or Oracle is helpful.
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, or Science and project management certifications are helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technology-focused projects from kickoff through delivery, overseeing technical execution and serving as the primary client and stakeholder contact.
  • Oversee project scope, change requests, risks, quality assurance, and delivery across the system development life cycle.
  • Maintain project records, follow OpenSymmetry project methodology, and provide status updates on financials, risks, and milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, profitability, billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Manage support and service delivery contracts, respond to client issues, and meet contractual, revenue, and cost targets.
  • Build client relationships, facilitate governance meetings, and coordinate work across project and adjacent teams.
  • Lead project teams, mentor team members and peers, and address resource or software issues and conflicting priorities.
  • Support presales through proposals, change requests, sales presentations, and Statements of Work.
