Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a project manager.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading project teams.
  • Related business experience that includes managing a team.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, follow-through, and leadership skills.
  • Project management, consulting, technology, process improvement, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions including Growth, Product, Employee Services, Finance, IT, HR, and Marketing.
  • Ability to remain organized and elicit cooperation from team members, internal departments, and external parties.
  • Overnight travel as required for client and organizational meetings.
  • A bachelor's degree, ideally in business or operations, is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience leading large, complex ERP and/or HR systems implementation projects is desirable.
  • PMP certification from PMI or a similar project management certification is desirable.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Azure ADO, JIRA, Salesforce, Microsoft suite, ITIL, or HDI standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project-related activities for assigned clients and projects, with attention to efficiency, timing, and service.
  • Own project communications and processes, providing stakeholders with updates on status, risks, and recommended changes.
  • Facilitate timely escalation and coordinate the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
  • Execute project delivery processes and methodology to support the quality of project deliverables.
  • Estimate timelines and resource needs, develop project plans, and facilitate client change orders.
  • Establish mitigation and change request processes, navigate project changes, and remove barriers across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with service delivery leaders to manage, track, and optimize departmental project resources.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and archive project deliverables so they remain accessible to the consulting delivery team.
  • Assess and minimize project business exposure and risk, and ensure documents are current and stored appropriately.
  • Oversee departmental initiatives, improve project practices and tools, and manage and develop a team of project managers.
