Requirements
- Have 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Have experience establishing programs, processes, or systems in ambiguous or undefined environments.
- Have managed cross-functional projects involving technology or systems implementations, client-facing initiatives, and internal process or operational change.
- Have led or played a key role in large-scale client-facing launches or time-critical, high-stakes mobilizations.
- Have led change management for process or system transitions, including driving adoption and managing resistance.
- Have written business cases and project charters that were funded and delivered.
- Be able to hold stakeholders accountable and drive outcomes without formal authority.
- Have strong meeting facilitation and executive communication skills.
- Have working knowledge of risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Have experience managing or tracking project budgets and reporting variances.
- Have experience building SOPs, process documentation, or training materials.
- PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth technology, marketplace, logistics, or transportation environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects, from business case through closeout and retrospective.
- Lead time-critical mobilizations and maintain a standing mobilization playbook.
- Launch client-facing projects and events, then transition ongoing execution to the assigned account manager.
- Build PMO standards, including project charter templates, status reports, risk and issue logs, governance cadences, and intake processes.
- Develop business cases and project charters defining scope, success metrics, resourcing, and timelines.
- Lead change management, drive adoption, and manage resistance during transitions.
- Plan project schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and resourcing across concurrent projects.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, track budgets, and flag variances.
- Facilitate project meetings and drive decisions, owners, and action items across stakeholders.
- Create SOPs, guides, and training materials, and help shape the PMO roadmap and operating model.
