Requirements

  • Have 1–3 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Have working knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Have practical experience using generative AI, Ask Howard, or Microsoft Copilot for business research, data analysis, communications, presentations, or workflow improvement.
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Be able to build internal working relationships across teams.
  • Be comfortable handling moderately complex assignments under some guidance and solving simple or standard problems.
  • Be able to handle assignments spanning teams while working primarily as an individual contributor.
  • Be able to navigate systems, execute testing procedures, and interpret operational policies with increasing independence.
  • Knowledge of Customer Care operations and familiarity with front-end and operational systems used in Loyalty, Care, and Sales Centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support project management tasks for internal and external partner Customer Care operations.
  • Apply project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage scope, quality, schedule, and resources.
  • Use approved AI and digital productivity tools for documentation, communication, testing, and process improvement, and validate AI-generated information before using or sharing it.
  • Execute predefined test cases and scripts for front-end system testing, following established procedures and checklists.
  • Document test results, identify discrepancies, and escalate potential issues for review.
  • Navigate front-end interfaces, simulate user workflows, and provide structured feedback on system behavior.
  • Assist with project monitoring and stakeholder communication, and coordinate routine activities with limited supervision.
  • Use internal platforms and applications for project tracking, communication, and documentation.
  • Apply knowledge of center-specific policies and operational processes, seeking clarification when policy interpretation is required.
