Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 1 year of experience leading projects or working in project management.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential is preferred.
- Ability to build and lead multifunctional teams toward organizational and customer objectives.
- Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to define, develop, and implement strategies supporting broader organizational objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build partnerships across functions and organizational levels.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, including presenting to management and customer audiences.
- Ability to communicate complex project information clearly and adapt communication to different stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities, manage organizational change, and implement practical solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as email and other business productivity tools.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with integrated enterprise systems such as SAP.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium- to high-complexity projects from concept and requirements gathering through implementation and launch.
- Define project goals, success criteria, key performance indicators, milestones, deliverables, and implementation roadmaps.
- Develop statements of work, business proposals, functional requirements, project plans, budgets, staffing forecasts, and implementation strategies.
- Establish and maintain project plans that communicate timelines, dependencies, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.
- Manage projects against scope, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Build and lead multifunctional, cross-divisional, and cross-cultural project teams, providing direction, coaching, and feedback.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business functions and communicate with customers, project teams, senior management, and leadership.
- Identify and review project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate significant issues.
- Track project changes and evaluate their potential cost, schedule, scope, and operational impact.
- Monitor project performance, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
