Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales or Account Management, focused on upselling and expansion.
  • Be a native French speaker with fluent English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bring strong technical knowledge of software integrations, including SSO and directories, as well as implementation, onboarding, and support.
  • Have experience working with and selling to enterprise organizations, C-level executives, IT executives, and cybersecurity executives.
  • Have working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrate the ability to solve customer problems and anticipate challenges.
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities with close attention to detail.
  • Show autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers realize value.
  • An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) is preferred.
  • Experience in the IAM industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets within assigned accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and grow revenue through renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior management and C-level contacts.
  • Communicate with French- and English-speaking customers verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct technical and quarterly business reviews to establish customer goals and identify opportunities.
  • Present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges, and coordinate issue resolution with Keeper teams.
  • Advise customers on best practices for protecting their businesses against password-related breaches.
  • Analyze customer portfolios to prioritize opportunities and risks, and drive renewals and account expansion.
  • Develop customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
