Requirements

  • Bring 2–4 years of experience in B2B events or experiential marketing.
  • Own established, repeatable event formats end to end, using sound judgement within known procedures and seeking guidance for new activations.
  • Run executive-level programs such as dinners, roundtables, and advisory boards, as well as conference and trade show activations.
  • Bring multi-market EMEA experience and the ability to work across time zones and regions.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and contracts across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, SDR/BDR, and Marketing stakeholders, and connect event activity to commercial outcomes.
  • Present event results and ROI using registration, pipeline, and engagement data.
  • Be willing to travel roughly 40–50%, mainly across EMEA, with some APAC and AMER travel, and work evenings or weekends around live events.
  • Preferred: experience with Asana, Allocadia, Coupa, Jifflenow, Cvent, Salesforce, Sigma, Splash, RainFocus, Claude, or Google Suite.
  • Preferred: familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) principles and target-account event strategies.
  • Preferred: an additional European language.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end logistics for multiple events, including room blocks, catering, swag, staff schedules, and promotional assets.
  • Coordinate with venues, agencies, event organisers, hotels, couriers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Source agencies, venues, production partners, and suppliers.
  • Support event run-of-shows, timelines, contingency plans, invitations, registration, and attendee communications.
  • Support EMEA event mapping and calendar planning, prioritising investment against pipeline and account-engagement goals.
  • Coordinate with regional revenue marketing, sales, SDR/BDR, customer marketing, product, sales engineering, partner/alliance marketing, and brand/creative teams.
  • Track event budgets, compare vendor costs, raise purchase orders, submit invoices, and update budget management tools.
  • Lead on-site execution, train event staff, coordinate orientations, and troubleshoot live-event issues.
  • Prepare post-event reports, lead-status updates, and retrospectives; develop regional playbooks and apply lessons to future events.
