5+ years producing consumer, member, or patient-facing content at volume

Requirements

  • Bring 5+ years of experience producing consumer, member, or patient-facing content at volume.
  • Demonstrate the ability to move a content engagement measure, not only deliver content on time.
  • Have experience writing within regulated or clinically sensitive constraints.
  • Use judgment about when to route content to Compliance or Legal.
  • Have experience directing freelance, agency, or contractor capacity against a brief.
  • Demonstrate working fluency with AI-assisted drafting and editorial judgment to maintain quality.
  • Be comfortable operating as shared capacity across competing internal demands.
  • Preferred: healthcare, health plan, or behavioral health content experience.
  • Preferred: Knak, Braze, or comparable content and email production platform experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with accessibility standards for member communications.
  • Preferred: experience building or restructuring a content library.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy and produce member-facing content across service lines.
  • Input email copy and select images in the Knak email CMS.
  • Maintain the Engagement Hub content library.
  • Produce case studies and enablement assets against designs from account owners.
  • Use AI-assisted drafting and direct contractor capacity within approved content guidelines.
  • Maintain brand-voice consistency across member-facing content.
  • Monitor content engagement across member-facing email and hub content.
  • Track content throughput, turnaround against briefs, quality, and service-line coverage.
