Requirements
- Experience in a Solutions Strategy, Technical Marketing, Marketing or Revenue Technology, Marketing or Revenue Operations, or similar role.
- Previous experience in an agency environment directly supporting clients.
- Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub.
- Ability to architect and build scalable marketing, sales, and service operations systems using HubSpot.
- Experience with analytics, tagging, search, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Databox, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or Yoast.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales automation, business intelligence, data enrichment, and operational technology platforms.
- Experience with Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer-facing platforms such as Intercom, Drift, or Zendesk.
- Proficiency with iPaaS and middleware solutions such as Zapier.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Domo, Salesforce Einstein, Snowflake, Tableau, or Grow.
- Experience designing conversational or chatbot flows using platforms such as Intercom or Drift.
- Understanding of data structures, integrations, automation, technical solution architecture, and generating standard ERDs.
- General understanding of global data privacy requirements, including GDPR.
- Strong project management, organization, documentation, time management, and technical writing skills, including managing multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead HubSpot solution delivery, including data migration, portal strategy, onboarding, and optimization across HubSpot hubs.
- Facilitate workshops to design CRM setups, data structures, technical strategies, lead flows, and operational processes.
- Map sales processes and data management needs, identifying opportunities to improve automation, reporting, productivity, and customer experiences.
- Translate technical concepts into practical solutions for clients, marketers, developers, and internal teams.
- Provide technical guidance during client calls and document configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to connect systems with HubSpot, interpret entity relationship diagrams, assess integration architectures, and troubleshoot issues.
- Evaluate integration and middleware approaches and recommend system configurations.
- Manage assigned work to agreed timelines and budgets, provide estimates, and maintain delivery quality.
- Train and support team members in onboarding, data migration, and portal strategy.
- Contribute technical expertise to prospect and upsell opportunities, support statements of work, and provide pricing information.
