Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
- Have deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads.
- Understand ad units on LinkedIn or Meta, such as conversation ads, document ads, and CTV.
- Be proficient with advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, and 6sense.
- Understand paid media principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Be able to analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
- Have experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, or similar criteria.
- Have proven, measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Be able to translate strategy and communicate insights using data.
- Be able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Travel to visit clients approximately once per year per client, or as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.
- Support client contacts and communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and operational partners.
- Build client strategies each quarter.
- Create, maintain, and optimize paid media campaign budgets.
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting.
- Analyze campaign results and communicate them to client contacts and executives.
- Manage client relationships to support renewals, cross-sells, upsells, and referrals.
