Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of professional experience in partnership management, alliance development, strategic business development, or Go-to-Market execution.
  • Bring experience building partnership strategies from the ground up, including identifying priority markets and partners and developing scalable growth models.
  • Demonstrate strategic expertise in complex, multi-variable international Go-to-Market challenges.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity, evaluate alternatives, and identify operational constraints.
  • Influence distributed teams and senior stakeholders across commercial, technical, product, finance, and operational functions.
  • Have a track record of creating metric-driven partnership programs with measurable commercial, technical, or customer delivery outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including with senior military, government, enterprise, and international stakeholders.
  • Have experience with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, partner relationship management platforms, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally approximately 50%–75% of the time.
  • Have a valid passport or be able to obtain one promptly.
  • Be willing and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required for the role.
  • Defense technology, government-sector, international alliance, channel, technical integration, co-selling, or strategic alliance experience is preferred or valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of priority international partnerships across assigned markets with International Growth and regional Sales leadership.
  • Identify, activate, and integrate partner commercial, technical, and delivery capabilities into customer opportunities and deployment workflows.
  • Build scalable partnership frameworks, operating models, and standardized processes for execution across customer accounts.
  • Establish partner execution plans aligned with regional market priorities, sales opportunities, and customer requirements.
  • Analyze partner performance, market friction, and operational constraints to recommend whether partnership strategies should be scaled, adjusted, maintained, or expanded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and Finance to develop data-backed business cases and recommendations.
  • Validate partnership contributions using agreed commercial, technical, and customer delivery metrics.
  • Influence stakeholders across International Growth, Sales, Product, Technical, and Finance teams.
  • Represent the organization with senior international military, government, enterprise, and coalition stakeholders.
  • Establish repeatable partner engagement models and workflows for international customer opportunities.
